About Dr. Ralph

For 14 years Dr. Ralph Ayua has trained, coached and counselled leaders, teams and families across Nigeria and West Africa. He is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, certified CBT therapist, educator and author.
As President of the Center for Attitudinal Change and Director General of Bethel Workers Training Institute, he works from one conviction: Nigeria must be transformed by changing one mind at a time. He has trained Wema Bank’s graduate trainees, spoken from Abuja and Jos to Accra, and leads TheRami, his mentorship initiative.
