Who we are

This website belongs to Dr. Ralph Ayua and is operated with the Center for Attitudinal Change, No 3 Atabara Street, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria ([confirm legal entity name and RC number]). In this policy, “we” means the data controller named above. Contact: coachralph@cfac.center.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, organisation, city and event details.
Your answers to the leadership assessment, and the result it gives.
Book orders: what you ordered and your delivery details. Card payments are handled by Paystack; we never see or store your card number.
Consultation bookings made through our scheduling provider (Cal.com).
Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, through privacy-respecting analytics ([confirm tool]).

Why we use it

To respond to your booking, consultation, order or message (to take steps you asked for, or to fulfil a contract).
To send what you requested, such as Chapter 01, slides or your assessment report (your consent).
To send occasional emails and WhatsApp messages about Dr. Ralph’s teaching, books and events (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To keep the site secure and improve it (our legitimate interests).

Calls and WhatsApp messages

If you tick the box on a form, Dr. Ralph’s assistant, which may be an automated AI voice agent, can call or message you to confirm your request. You can say no on the call, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the site, under contract: payment (Paystack), scheduling (Cal.com), email and WhatsApp messaging, voice calling, hosting (Cloudflare) and analytics ([confirm list]). We do not sell your information. Some providers process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings: up to [24 months] after our last contact. Orders: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email coachralph@cfac.center and we will respond within [30 days]. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
